From the drop-down menu available next to the SHARING AFTER OWNERSHIP CHANGE item, it is possible to decide how to manage the the shares present on a file when the ownership of the file changes for all groups or single users.
- Select KEEP THE SHARINGS if you want to keep the previous owner’s settings.
- Select REMOVE THE SHARINGS if you want to restore the file to its initial state.
- Select ALLOW THE USER TO CHOOSE if you want to give to the user the possibility to choose from one of the above-mentioned options.
