In this field the maximum number of versions of a user’s individual files that can be stored by users on the BooleBox platform can be specified.
By default the maximum number of versions allowed is 100 and this value can be modified by the user. To ensure that users do not independently change the assigned value, it is sufficient to deactivate the associated command in the EDITABILITY column.
