For each share, you can increase the control exercised on each file by adding one or more of the following limitations:
- DISABLE NEW ITEMS – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of sharing to upload files and/or create subfolders in the shared folder.
- DISABLE PRINT – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the sharing from printing the shared file.
- DISABLE DOWNLOAD – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the share from downloading the shared content.
- DISABLE DELETE – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the share from removing the file.
- DISABLE RENAME – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the share from renaming the file.
- DISABLE EDIT – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient from editing the file received with a share.
- DISABLE PRINT SCREEN AND VIDEO CAPTURE – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the sharing to capture the screen while the file is open. The file protected by anti-capture will not be visible during a video call or if opened through Remote Desktop.
- DETER PHOTO SHOTS – when enabled, this limitation makes the document visible to the recipient of the sharing one portion at a time, in the area where the cursor is located.
- WATERMARK – when enabled, this limitation applies to the shared content the watermark set for the sharing template used by a user administrator (SAM, ADM or ADR). Once the relative command is activated, it will be possible to choose whether to apply it FULL SCREEN, OBLIQUE, ONLY ON PRINT or ALWAYS.
- EXPIRY – when enabled, this limitation prevents the recipient of the sharing to open the document after the expiration date.
