If a Personal Key Escrow has been configured, it will be possible to recover a forgotten Personal Key.
To recover a Personal Key:
- Click on “Forgot your Personal Key?”
- A pop up window is going to appear confirming the successful recovery request, the administrator will receive a notification e-mail and will be able to accept the request and recover your Personal Key.
