Through the SHARED tab, you can conveniently manage all the options related to the shares you have made. For example, if you want to make changes regarding LIMITATIONS and PERMISSIONS related to a particular share, you can change the security settings at any time. To change the security settings of a shared file:

• Access the SHARED tab from your file manager.
• Click on the SHARED icon next to your file interest.
• On the page that is going to appear on your screen, select the EDIT command located next to the shared file for which you want to modify the permissions.
• Change the security settings and the advanced sharing options via the special menus available and click on CONFIRM.
• Notify the recipient of the change just made by clicking on the RESEND INVITATION button next to the share in question.
• In the window that is going to appear on your screen, enter an eventual notification message and click on SEND.
• The user will receive an e-mail notification from which they will be able to access the file according to the new settings and in compliance with the new security levels defined by you.
